Best prefilled Di filters
These filters work incredibly well. They’re easy to install and last a long time depending on how you use it. I use my WaterDrop Di spotless system to rinse cars for my detailing business. I only use Di water to rinse the cars after washing and I get about 1-3 months out of it depending on usage. I would say I get at least 150 gallons of 0 ppm and I have very dirty water about 200 ppm. The filters come with month stickers so you can keep track of your schedule. I’ve never had a leak or broken filter delivered. One thing to note. I always use lubricant for the seals and sometimes the seals are dusty when I open the package. They’re very affordable and I have these on subscribe and save.

Use with car washer
I live in Utah and the water is hard and alkaline so wash a car with it is useless as when the car dries spots are all over it. I got a water filter system to use to wash my car and these filter fit it. They work great and my car dries spotless now. They are easy to change and I change them each year as I don't wash my car myself in Winter.

these filters never got my ppm to 0, and died quickly after
I tested the water before, it was 200ppm, I turned on the system, it went down to 24ppm, after 2 min it was at 117ppm, 2min later it was in the 200's ppm again. I tried with 4 filters.

Works Well but Doesn't Last Long
These filters do a pretty good job at getting my ppm down to the acceptable range even in an area with really hard water. Although I still towel dry my car, I have no issue with water spots while the filters are working. I only use them for the final rinse to carry away the hard water. I check the water at the beginning of each wash, and even using them for only a few minutes each wash, I can only do maybe 8 washes before their ability to filter drops off a cliff. Given that they're pretty expensive to replace, I may stop ordering replacement filters and just live with the occasional water spots.
