Fine nutrient
I got this yeast nutrient to close out my mead's feeding cycle. First few with Fermaid, then close out with the DAP. Not bad, it got the yeast working at a good pace, which is the main point and had a 5 gallon batch of blueberry mead zeroed within 3 weeks instead of a month. It's in the final phase of clearing now, but by taste there are no funky flavors added. Worked well. I'll add an edit in the future if something wrong occurs, but I'm rather confident in this DAP right now.

Essential Nutrient for Healthier Yeast
I’ve noticed a big difference in the fermentation process since I started adding DAP to my homebrews. It really seems to give the yeast a boost, resulting in stronger and more vigorous fermentations. This has been especially useful in higher ABV meads and wines that can sometimes stall out. It’s easy to use, just a small amount goes a long way, and it mixes in well. I haven’t experienced any off-flavors from it, which was my concern at first.
