Great audio book. I learned so much.

A must read for anyone related to entertainment industry. Musician, producer, promoter. media player, etc.Clear, great examples, very well organized.

The media could not be loaded. I use this as a textbook for my undergrad music law class. It is a must-read for anyone exploring a career in the music business. Now on its 11th edition, it provides an up-to-date in-depth view into how the business works, terminology/lingo, as well as insider knowledge about what to watch out for in negotiating and managing your music career. It gets pretty in the weeds on legal aspects but is written in a way that a layperson can easily understand.

This is a great book. I have the 10th edition, Kindle version. But when I asked about an upgrade price for the 11th edition, I was told no, they cannot offer that. Why? It's a digital book. It's not as if new pages need to be printed!

This books is so chocked full of information and knowledge about the music industry it's hard to do it justice in a review. If you are interested in exploring or being in the music industry as an artist or any other avenue this book is pure gold.
