I use this instead of artificial sinew for tie dyeing. It's sturdy and waxed and it hasn't snapped on me. I love the color options of this as well. I love how it's thinner than waxed sinew also.

Beautiful color and works just like it's supposed to.

Bought to make a bow and it worked great.

Bought two of these one in purple and one in blue. The string itself is outstanding and performs as expected. However, they came with almost no wax whatsoever on either spool. I highly recommend that if you buy this you also pick up a good supply of string wax so you can properly make bow strings. Otherwise, the bundles won't stick to each other at all resulting in faulty strings and wasted materials.

Started making my own bows recently, and twisting my own strings helped make it feel more personally crafted. There is practically no string stretch which is great. The poundage has stayed consistent so far! (I've had them for bout a year now) I totally recommend this string material. The color is great as well. I think it would go really great with green or yellow to really pop.
