Helps with pmdd symptoms

Huge!
Ok these tablets are huge so if you have a problem swallowing pills you will need to cut them. I was diagnosed with Osteopenia and my doctor said I need a Calcium supplement (as well as Vitamin D) I won't have another bone scan for a year but I'm impressed with the quality of Amazon Elements supplements.

Seem ok but has added fillers I was hoping wouldn’t be in pill. Fairly large but ok with that. You’ll want to add more but D and Magnesium than what in these as I do. Mainly got for the Calcium. I won’t get again because of the additives.

Really easy to swallow calcium supp
Sometimes calcium supps are too large and hard to swallow - these are not. Really good for the price!

These are ok. A little big to swallow for me but that is a personal thing. They have no taste.
