Great strap that's solidly made. In my experience Planet Waves products always seem to be seriously professional and well thought out and this strap is no exception. Tough polypropylene strap with rock-solid leather ends. I bought mine to use with my expensive Taylor acoustic guitar and it feels very safe (I have, admittedly put rubber washers over the strap ends to 'lock' but who doesn't) it's also really comfortable plus it looks great with it's simple yet understated style. I also like the fact that it doesn't have it's brand name plastered all over it making you an unpaid advertising hoarding, it just has a small, tasteful logo-symbol on show. Fully recommended and, through Amazon, an unbeatable price - buy it!

Really nice quality guitar strap for a very cheap price

Does the job as long as your not using a heavy guitar.

There's not a lot to say really. I've always loved the quality of Planet Waves products. And this doesn't disappoint.This is made from virtually indestructible man-made fabric. The leather ends seem hard wearing, attach themselves securely - and don't mind being taken on and off the strap buttons regularly.The strap is easily adjustable for length and is a great all-round strap. Possibly ideal as a spare or for a beginner or for the guitarist on a budget.I wanted a plain and simple 2 1/2" wide black strap 1) to match the style of my guitar and 2) to use with the Planet Waves 'Squid Shoulder Pad.' Combine the two and you get a truly professional, weight distributing, highly comfortable strap.Try it. Impressive.

Was looking for a white guitar strap and came across this one does the job and looks great, a reasonable price and would highly recommend

okay but the colour is different then in the picture so i’m a but disappointed.

I've bought three of these straps now (two of the standard width, one of the 3" wide bass versions), it's a super quality strap for an incredibly low price.The fitting of the strap to the guitar buttons is particularly secure, something that's very reassuring. I use one with a lighter bass, another with a guitar, and and find them comfortable to wear for an extended session.

I needed some inexpensive straps for an acoustic guitar and a couple of electric basses. This one from Planet Waves is good for the price. It was a bit hard to fit, but that in itself gives some assurance that it won't slip off too easily. This is a well constructed, no frills product that can hold the reasonably light guitars it was purchased for. However, my main bass is a solid core, 6 string beast and weighs significantly more than the others. This strap would NOT suffice for it. I'm sure it would physically take the weight, but it would place undue pressure on the shoulder and carry a definite risk of injury. For the same reason, I wouldn't recommend it for your main instrument if you play long gigs standing up, especially if you're a bassist. But it's perfectly fine for light instruments, casual use or players who prefer to sit. And of course, you can always add a shoulder pad.
