My Favourite Blue Cheese Sauce
This is my favourite blue cheese sauce. It tastes nice and strong, has chunks (of cheese?) in it that gives it a great texture. I always use this for either buffalo wings, or any other recipe that calls for a blue cheese cover or dip.

Best Blue Cheese Dressing
I used to buy this in the supermarket but now it’s only available on Amazon or Ocado. It’s the best one I’ve tasted and as it’s a strong flavour, you don’t need a lot. It’s also nice on jacket potatoes.Worth the cost.

Not bad and better than most
If you've every had fresh blue cheese dressing you wouldn't want to eat any of the bottled rubbish. This is better than most and I got a good deal on the price.

Take the red onion advice!
I do an amazing chopped salad with this. Half a red onion finely diced. Same dicing of cherry toms, pepper and cucumber + 120g of chicken (also finely chopped).Add a tbs of olive oil and some black pepper. Stir thoroughly and you have something like an amazing summer soup!
