Easy to read
I CAN SEE IT!! I am old 70, so I forget what day it is. If you have no routine, it is easy to forget what day it is. Now, when I go to my coffee in the morning, I see day and date along with the time. It has various color set up. Have to keep our minds on track.

Was very easy to set
Real good exactly what I wanted

So far so good.
I'm pretty happy with my clock. Only one thing I would change. I would like to adjust the labels differently. E.g. the date would be larger than the time.

Already have one, got one for me, my brother and one for my basement. Couldn't live without them now.

Quality
The best thing you can buy for a retired person. My mom loves it. She falls asleep during the day and can look at to see if it’s evening or morning

Great for special needs for older generation with trouble with eyesight
I purchased this for my special-needs daughter and it works wonderful. She doesn’t have the concept of time and often will get her days and nights mixed up and if she takes a nap thinks that it’s always morning and it’s too early to go to bed having this to familiarize her with it and be able to look at when it says nighttime, but that’s when it’s time for bed. It’s perfectly on any shelf. These are also great for older generation because they’re bigger numbers and letters and they’re easier for them to see well worth the value.

Excellent Large Clock, but...
I purchased this clock as a gift and it was well received. The screen is large, like a large tablet computer, the display of digits, date, time, day of week, etc. are all exceptionally clear and easy to read with absolutely no jaggies. The time/date, etc, can be easily seen from across a large room. In addition, there is the option to set up to for colors, white, amber, yellow, and blue for the overall presentation. The clock also has an alarm function. The primary purpose for this purchase is the large display of the time, date, etc. and this clock excels above all others in that respect.Programming the clock is relatively easy: Note that there are absolutely no buttons on the front or side bezel to turn off/on or program this clock. All buttons are on the back of the clock. On the back of the clock is a panel of up, down, left, right, buttons logically arranged in a circle with an OK button in the center. There's also a power on/off button above the circle and below the circle of buttons is a menu button.Pressing the menu button displays a series of items that you can program. Without going into the actual menu items I will say there are a few issues with programming the clock which will be minor or major annoyances, depending on how comfortable you are with you sense of finger position: 1) Since all buttons are on the rear, you will have to position the display facing you so that you can see the menu items as you manipulate the buttons on the back, 2) you will have to have a sense of where the buttons are spatially as you watch the screen and move your fingers to press the required buttons to move from selection to selection and make the settings, and 3) you will likely experience some frustration because the menu does not stay on constantly but rather it will time out if you don't press something within a given period of time. The menu time out is the most annoying part of setting the clock. So if you are trying to figure things out as you go along and take too much time, the menu will time out on you and you'll have to press the menu button again and try and resume where you were. So depending on how well you grasp the programmability and watching the display from the front while using your fingers from behind, your frustration level will vary. Overall, though, most of the main programming for the time, date, day of week, time-zone were not difficult once you feel comfortable with this indirect method of pressing buttons while watching the front. Setting the alarm function is not as clear as it could be, at least not from the menu. There is a small booklet that comes with the clock and it covers all items.Final thoughts:1) I purchased this clock for its large display, so if you need a really large time/date, etc. display for any reason, this clock will not disappoint. In fact, I purchased a 2nd one for my own use. Just be prepared to deal with the programming and menu timeout. One last point, this clock does not use batteries or come with a battery backup.2) If you plan to use the alarm function, be aware that there are no button on the front or anywhere on the bezel (the portion of the display that surrounds to actual screen). So when the alarm goes off you would have to grab a button in the back and because of where the buttons are located and arranged it may be an issue. The clock is outstanding in terms of viewability but there should have been buttons placed on the bezel, either immediately in front, or on the side of the bezel. That would have made programming the clock a bit easier. There are should have been a snooze button.3) I would have given a 5-star rating were it not for the very annoying menu time out. This clock is clearly microcontroller or microprocessor driven so whom ever makes this clock should change the software so that the menu does not time out, an easy change on a programmable device such as this.Aside from the issues pointed out I would still recommend this clock unreservedly if your primary need is a large display of time, date, etc.

This clock is excellent for elders or anyone that is unsure of the date, time, and year. The clock runs by electricity, no batteries. The clock will tell you if it is in the morning, afternoon or evening. The letters and numbers are large to see.
