The Ladder has been a fantastic addition to my attic. Wow, thought at this price it would be a bit flimsy, or cheap material, was I wrong. Brilliant quality, stable as any ladder I have (3) and cant wait to climb up to the rook of my caravan for a quick clean. Works really well when you read the instructions, as I did not and the next level collapsed onto my hand. No damage I am glad to report. So easy to erect, just pull it out and make sure each rung is secure as you go. Then, when collapsing, grab two rungs up, release both push locks at the bottom of the section you want closed and slide it down. Closes down to size advertised and at 67, easy to pick up and store. Also fits nicely in the back of my car, or stands idly up against the wall in my garage. BRILLIANT PRODUCT AND GREAT PRICE, HIGHLY RECOMEND.

Only one thing that I dislike about this ladder is the pack down, it’s a little snappy and brutal, if you’re not careful this hurt your fingers. Having said that it offers lots of good benefits, collapsable for easy of storage and very well built. Good value for money overall

Ordered this a while ago and it's a really good ladder and I love the fact that it collapses down so it's easier to store. Very sturdy good value for money and I would recommend this to anybody looking for a ladder.

Great item, a few scuffs & marks on ladders noticed when unpacked, despite being well packaged, but this doesn't detract from how well made these telescopic ladders are.Assembly of bottom support rail is straight forward, either use palm of your hand or a rubber mallet to locate into position to allow fixing bolts to line up, top tip!! Fix rubber support feet to bottom rail before attaching to ladder body.As others have already mentioned, they are a bit weighty to move around, but this at least shows how sturdy these ladders are & easier than moving & storing conventional rigid ladders.Secondly, again as others have mentioned, watch your fingers when collapsing down the rungs, but if used correctly, this should not be an issue.I would Highly Recommend to other potential purchaser's.

The product seems to be able to hold my weight and extends to be tall enough to allow me to access my loft.The hooks are useful to ensure stability and easy to attach.It retracts to a relatively small size for easy storage.It comes with comprehensive instructions: make sure to read them in order to use it safely.

Having moved into a house which did not have an inbuilt attic-ladder we needed a solution which did not take up loads of space, this ladder is small enough when collapsed to fit into an airing cupboard or underneath the stairs and that makes it worth the money instantly.It has gotten a fair amount of use and it has been reliable, the only reason I have knocked off a star is as the use has gone up the locking mechanism isn't as strong as it once was, with one of the steps being difficult to ensure that it is locked in place.

It is very light weight not heavy, very easy to use. I use this to access my loft which is good in size for my loft hatch. Very sturdy piece of kit. Highly recommend
