TELLUR VOX 155 Bluetooth Headset, Handsfree Earpiece USB-C, Multipoint Two Simultaneous Devices, HD Voice Two Microphones for Noise Suppression, 360° Hook for Right or Left

I work from home and was using a headset that connected to my computer. I wanted a headset that was Bluetooth so that I could walk to my refrigerator and still be on the call. This is where the TELLUR VOX 155 Bluetooth Headset comes in. I have been using it for over a week. I like that I can play my music playlist then when a call comes in I can answer the call and go back to my music. It allows me to be hands-free when speaking on the phone and can type up call notes. I like that it has a USB power cord to recharge. I like that it has HD Voice Two Microphones for Noise Suppression as my household can sometimes get noisy. I use the 360° Hook for support. It was simple to connect to my phone and the directions were simple on how to use it. It does not come with a case to store it in my purse. So it goes in a pocket of my purse when I am out and about.

Everyone said they had a hard time hearing me. I returned it. Disappointing because It was comfortable to wear.

I found it easy to pair and use. It is light weight which is nice but I would throw it in my purse. Not the most sturdy put together I have seen. But for the price it is good.Charge lasted fairly well. I did not not get 15 days of stand by time. It was more like 10 but that is still good.

I've been using the no longer available Plantronics M70 and M90 ear pieces for years and years. Those devices were exactly what I needed and I've used them for years for hours a day for audiobooks and calls, but the ones I have are lost easily and also don't last forever. I've been so frustrated that they are off the market.I have ordered SO MANY other ear pieces trying to replicate the physical comfort of wearing the others as well as the audio clarity. I've ordered so many other brands and have found them impossible to tolerate because of the constant static/background noise.I tried this and am rejoicing because finally I've found one that I can use when the old Plantronics ones I still use break or are lost. I'm leaving this review in case anyone else has been on the same quest as I have. I haven't had this piece long enough to say anything about battery life, charging time or device lifespan, but I'm very happy.Edit: the volume controls are extremely easy to use. I can switch from the car speaker Bluetooth (which auto connects) back to the ear piece by pressing the button on the side of the ear piece. This is very convenient as I prefer the ear piece but want to keep the car paired as a backup.The button on the side also pauses and plays my audiobook or any other content I'm playing. This makes it even better than the M70 and M90, which didn't have that feature.

This is such a great headset. Comfortable, amazing sound quality during calls, and the battery lasts a long time. Highly recommend!

Others could not hear my voice clearly.

I have a hard time hearing calls on my car's microphone but this has solved that problem. I can easily hear whoever calls me on this headset and also answer or decline a call with just one touch of the button. Easy to put on and isn't too tight on my ear. Makes taking walks with my dog while pushing a stroller much easier since I don't have to try to juggle holding a phone as well.

Don't waste your money. I need to spend nearly USD40 to return it to Amazon for a refund. It's rediculous. Amazon will only refund USD20 delivery charges.
