Do Not Age Hydrolysed Collagen Peptides 300g

I have been using these and I can say they have made a difference to my skin. Little expensive but worth it.

I bought this because of its many touted health benefits and the solid ratings. The first time I took the stated dose with a drink as instructed, the result was that 6 hours later I was confined to the toilet with extreme diarrhoea and vomiting. It's highly unlikely that anything else caused the reaction (others ate the meals as me that day) but it took me 36 hours to stabilise. Pricey, and now wasted, as it's not something I'll be taking again.It could be my unique metabolism but this is my personal experience and wouldn't want others to suffer the same way. Happy to receive info on why I reacted this way, and wondering why there is no warning on the packaging that abreactions may occur.

Love this product. Pity is out of stock now as I wanted to order a second pack. I'm pretty sure my hair loved it too. And love the feeling of being full after one scoop. Dissolves easily in water but I also added to my yogurts or ate it on it's own 😊
