Eye-catching and imaginative puzzle set
This puzzle has nice large pieces which fit together easily and securely, always useful when it's being assembled by small hands. The puzzle picture depicts a tower with various different emergency services and similar on each floor, which makes for a lot of fun in recognising and describing each one. It's large enough to function as a play board/mat to some extent, which is great for the imagination and so far it's been a lot of fun for all concerned.

Decent for the price
Galt are synonymous with British toymaking. The Galt story started as far back as 1836, when James Galt established an educational stockist in Manchester. The Galt Toys division was founded in Manchester in 1961. Children through the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s grew up with these British made toys. These days, as with many of these brands, manufacturing has shifted to China. Despite this, all of Galt’s products comply with or exceed current toy safety regulations (primarily BS EN71 and HD271/BS EN50088), and all carry the CE mark and the BS5665 Lion Mark. This is good to know as a parent of a young child. What you get in this box, is essentially a child friendly puzzle. This particular puzzle is aimed at ages 2+. In the puzzle, there are 12 pieces. Once completed, the puzzle creates a long and tall fire station tower. The design is great for little ones who are into their vehicles and emergency services like our little boy. The shape of the pieces means thatn the tower can be built in a range of different ways. Swap the different floors of the tower around to create your own fire station design. Each of the pieces are made from sturdy card. They’re strong, but they will eventually get worn and dog eared. This is the nature of cardboard puzzles unfortunately. Back in the day, these would have been wooden pieces. These days, you’re looking at card. The write up does claim that the pieces are wipe clean. This being the case, it adds a bit of longevity to the toy. The large pieces make this perfect for little hands and this is very much age appropriate.

It is good, but need something else…
It is nice 12 pieces puzzle made with thick paper. Each pieces has shows different room and we could guess what fire fighters are doing in the building. The puzzle is good, no other issue. Like all the mum, I wish kids play with new toy loooooong time.. When I play with my 5 years and 2 years, they were rush to put all the puzzle together (huge competition)… after they completed they looked up drawing just couple of mins then gone… I am not sure what I can do something more with this puzzle.12 pieces puzzle for 7.99 pounds feel little bit expensive, unless we can play something else with this.

Clever design
I have 2 under 2s who love this puzzle, although they aren't quite great at it yet. It's really clever to have just the top and bottom be 'fixed' pieces and the rest can go in any order. The way the puzzle is cut does force them to be the right way up.Sweet little scenes like a gym, kitchen, training room and dressing room. Also a few extneral views like saving a cat on a window ledge.

Good for toddlers to explore
The pieces are large, making it easy for young children to handle. The 12-piece puzzle is simple to assemble, providing a great introduction to puzzles for toddlers. The size is just right, and it's a wonderful tool for early learning. Highly recommend for little ones starting to explore puzzles.

Fun
The kids are drawn to this as it’s not only a puzzle of sorts but it’s a great imagination picture. You can put it together in any order so it’s lots of fun and something to talk about and make decisions about.
