Yummy, creamy sauce for pasta- & pizza. I use it to make my "uber truffle pasta", using truffle pasta, truffle oil, this sauce, Italian truffle cheese, sliced truffle carpaccio, and a sprinkle of truffle salt- & a few Balsamic Truffle Pearls, too!

Absolutely delicious.First you taste the Umami from the truffle oil and then the Parmigiano-Reggiano taste kicks in and just makes it better.It has some viscosity to it but not much.
