Great tool
Frikin awesome, wasnt sure if it would work on my stainless steel line. But it worked great, flared both 3/8 and 1/2 line excellently .

Ease of use
I got to say for a price slightly less than a previous T handle flaring tool I recently purchased this one is a lot better especially if you need it in a tighter spot. I was needing it to flare an oil line on my oil furnace. I needed a tool that would get in a tight spot without cutting my oil line and flaring it. Which would require a lot more work for me. This flaring tool was great cause with the other one I needed big channel locks to tighten down the wing nuts on it. With the oil line inside the furnace cabinet I wasn't able to get the channel locks in there to tighten it down so the tool wouldn't slip then I wouldn't be able to flare it. This flaring tool flared the line perfect and had no issues with the oil line leaking. I would definitely recommend it!

Excellent Tool
It's a great tool. Produces perfect 45 degree flares. Oddly, it is labeled as an automotive brake line flare tool, which it is NOT. It is for copper HVAC tubing.

Nice tool kit!
I was pleasantly surprised that this tool kit came in its own case containing all three items. The picture didn’t show it. I haven’t used any of the items yet but they appear to be of nice quality.

Hmmm curious.
The tubing cutter arrived obviously used but sold as new. There were still tubing in the reamer. So oh well. I carried on. The part that holds the tubing had 2 bolts in the end. It was impossible to put the reamer on! Quite a disappointment. And more waiting…

This is the right tool for the job! Don't mess around with the bar/yoke/cone system
I was struggling for several hours with a set of tools I got at my local Ace hardware, the kind that pushes a cone straight in to create a flare. It didn't work because the pipe would just shrink from being crushed by the pipe holder and just slip out rather than form a flare. This tool worked PERFECTLY every time. And the kit was less expensive than the stuff I bought from Ace. For 5/8 inch copper I found that extending the pipe an extra 1/32 inch towards the cone is the right amount.
