Good, cheap laptop, not especially durable
I've had this Chromebook for about 8 months, and considering the price, I'm happy with its performance. I use it for email, web browsing and watching movies. Chrome OS is a very convenient platform if you use Google services.The complaint I have about this device is the plastic body is not very strong, the chassis supporting the hinge failed several weeks ago and it can't really be repaired. It can still be used, but it won't be long before it fails completely due to repeated stress on the hinge whenever it is opened.The chromebook this one replaced was a similar model from Acer, it had a metal body...a bit heavier, but it lasted. I only replaced it because it was too old to keep getting system upgrades, and I needed better performance.I'd say this is a good choice if you're looking for something inexpensive you don't intend to cart around with you and use several times a day. It's not really going to hold up physically to that kind of use.

Disappointed
Terrible! Never worked well! Very slow. Only had it 8 months and it's dead. Won't charge!

My wife could not use it for her class. The teacher said it's outdated. The quality is excellent. Sending it back

This didn’t even show up in original packaging. So no paperwork or anything with it. Ordered a new product and this is clearly used or returned.
