Great Headset and Customer Support.
These Headset Comms are a great value at this price point and make ridding with others or with someone riding pillion way more fun and much safer. If riding alone then you can listen to music or take a phone call if necessary. I recently got my girlfriend to start riding and being able to communicate while on the road while she was learning has been indispensable. Debris in the road, cager about to pull out and cut you off? The ability to call it out and warn each other, or to give pointers about why I'm doing what I'm doing what I'm doing, has helped her ride confidently and safely. Before she started riding her own bike she would ride pillion on mine and having the ability to talk instead of using the hand signals we'd developed put her at ease which made her less tense and thus made both of us safer, as I could remind her to lean with me, etc. She is now riding an 2006 SV650 with a slip on and I ride a 2003 ZX12R with a PC & full exhaust and even at highway speeds the sound quality and volume level are more than adequate, for both the intercom function and for listening to music. The ability to share a music source between the 2 devices is also a nice feature and switching from the music mode back to intercom is as simple as tapping the button on the headset. Setting the devices up to pair with our phones as well as each other is simple and works well with voice prompts and a tone once connected. Once set up the 1st time they automatically pair with your phone and will pair up with the other intercom with a push of a button on the device. The build quality of the device is better than I expected, and the head set and microphone is better than other similarly priced products. The range is also surprisingly long, at least a few city blocks, and of you really need more than that just call the other person and you can use your phones for unlimited range. The battery life is also great and can be checked by looking at the Bluetooth settings on your phone. It will also remind you to charge once it falls below a set point. They also come with 2 different ways to mount the device to your helmet. The earphones fit in the cut outs in helmets designed to accept them and will also fit comfortably into helmets with out the cut outs. Installation is as simple as removing the pads from the helmet (great time to wash them), sticking in the provided Velcro, running the cables, and tucking in the wires behind the pads. It can take a bit of experimenting to find the perfect position for the headphones if your helmet isn't made to accept them but any volume issues are 100% resolved once they are positioned correctly. The devices are water resistant and durable, so no worries about getting caught out in the rain or quickly unplugging the device and tossing it in your pocket to run into a store, though I would be careful with the wiring when doing so, but as long as you don't just rip the thing off your helmet your fine. Finally the customer service is awesome! The devices have a warranty that the company stands behind and they responded extremely quickly to and questions. I had previously purchased a cheaper set of comms which were about the same price point but were absolute junk. One of the devices quit working and the others headset's mic went out before the headphones gave out, all within a few months. Don't spend $600 on a single Comm Unit or waste your hard earned money on junk. I honestly can't imagine any way that they could be worth that kind of dough when you can get solid reliable device for a fraction of the cost with better customer support and service than anything else on the market. Do yourself and your partner/riding buddies a favor and get this device and spend the cash you save on new gear or a project bike.

Great performance at a cheap price
This works! I’ve been using it for 2 months almost daily.Pros:Easy setup - it just worksLots of mounting accessories and optionsGood noise cancellingSyncs with my Vespa’s integrated BluetoothBoom mic and stick-on microphone includedBattery life excellent (even charges fast)Cons:Music audio quality won’t impress audiophilesLots of excess cable (almost too much)Speaker padding is minimal - like old cheap headphonesOverall, I am VERY impressed given the price. At low speeds the noise cancelling is so good people don’t even know I’m riding. Wind noise creeps in at about 35+mph, but even at 55mph people say they have no problem hearing me. It is also worth note that I have this mounted in a helmet not designed for a headset and that has a snap-on chin guard, so my helmet has way more wind noise around where the mic sits than a traditional full face or modular. I expect the mic noise cancelling would work even better in a full face helmet.I have not tested it as a comms device to communicate with other riders. Nobody I ride with has comms

Great product! Great Price!
This product did good I used it on a 5hr oneway ride,(total 10 hr ride) and the battery lasted the whole intire time. you can only be about a car length away from each other for it to be clear when ridding,I used mine with a half helmet so when in high speeds and wind you may have to block the wind, when talking into the mic to be heard, also the velcro for the mic is not that strong holding, but this can be fix with more velcro, or with glue if you want a more permanent fix..it is not hard to us at all..simple instructions. YES YES I would buy this one again..planning to get 3 more for my son and our other 2 riders so we can stay in contact during our long rides and you can have multiple people using one of these intercoms at the same time play your music and connect your cell phone..it will also pair with other devices of a diffrent name brand..the device itself is a little big.. I hooked mine to my helme chin strap and the wires nor the device was in my way at no point and time I also added extra velcro to each ear peice and to the mic and I had no problems at all...GREAT PRODUCT!!!..for the price..I think..

Great setup/safety in high intensity city tandem driving.
Used recently with son in Phuket, Bangkok and Taipei. Front guy has GPS, weaving through traffic to get to the front, blocked by busses, etc. 'Damn, this turn is one way, headed to the next one', etc. Yeah - all of positive stuff is true, except BT range falls off precipitously at about 200 yards. If otherwise very clear BT voice stats to break-up, better close the gap right now; 20 ft further away and your talking to street lights. Noise reduction is amazing - 40 MPH, heavy traffic, mobs of accelerating bikes - clear at normal 4 ft voice volume. Very easy and reliable pairing (never lost pairing at significant distances).VERY big increase in safety in those conditions. Will never ride again non-solo in heavy city without comms. These were great.

Excellent value.
I read other reviews. I watched videos of professional reviewers. It works as advertised. My own inexperience lead to a little fumbling on the first connection. My 12 yr. old grandson is my riding buddy and we figured it all out together. Now just turn on unit and it pairs automatically. The sound is very clear and others say they can hear my voice clearly on phone calls. The intercom feature is great. I don't have to shout over engine or wind noise. My grandson likes that I don't turn sideways to talk now, eyes front, very important. Great value. I highly recommend this unit. Run don't walk, get it now.

Limited Technology
If you are wanting to go faster than 40 MPH then these aren't for you. You can't hear your party talking on intercom at all. Also another negative thing. You cannot listen to music and talk at same time. You have to switch on and off options....which is pretty unsafe to do while riding.
