Good quality lots of fun
My 4 year old grandson loves to play with the Avengers and their vehicles. The instructions by Lego brand are very detailed and easy to put together. I would suggest 6+ which is what they suggest Because he’s young and plays rough with them he loses pieces, but that’s OK because he loves to play them.

Short legs
I don’t know that the characters had short legs, not standard Lego legs. The characters are smaller than the rest of sets we have.
