Great retro clock

I was initially pleased to find this much needed retro style bedside/alarm clock via Amazon.The ordering and delivery aspects went well, as per normal.Once delivered, the clock itself turned out to be a load of crap!I tried to power it up with several batteries that were all 'good to go'. It wouldn't start.Dear prospective purchasers, please don't waste a penny short of £30.00 on this junk. Way over priced! Your precious money will have been wasted.I don't know who the manufacturing company - Newgate - are, but it's interesting to note that Amazon appear to promote them 'big time' within this sector.I hope that my review - as negative as it is - will have assisted you dear folks out there in the wider world.Best wishes,MRC

The item has very few functions and is made of very cheap materials. Alarm is very quiet. Not what you would expect for the price would not recommend. Might aswell buy one of the ones that are a fiver.

Whilst it looks good from a distance, this is a very cheap feeling, lightweight plastic clock. Not worth the price tag. And to add insult to injury it stopped working after around a week. Not even worth a one star review!
