Q: Where is this model manufactured?

I no longer have the original outside sleeve so looking at the literature enclosed it does not state the country of manufacture origin. Master Appliance is in Racine Wi. bu that doesn't mean where it is made. I have been a seller of their products for over 30 years in the tool business and my experience is that it is made in China. Good luck on your quest as we are on the same page!

It is labeled Master Appliance on the product and the literature states the company is in Racine Wi. but I cannot affirm where it's manufactured. Most likely China.

Q: Can it use any type of butane fuel?

Yes but make sure the end of the fuel container has and end that can plug into the solder tool.

Q: Where are replacment tips

Replacement tips are in the foam insert next to the tool. Part numbers for re ordering them are in the upper inside lid of the storage case.
