I suffer with reactions to bites which is obviously made worse if scratched. Zapping the area with this saved me from scratching. To be clear, many zaps all around the area until the itch eases. One zap wasn't enough for me. I had a bite on my wrist that when zapped made my hand muscle spasm just a warning. Didn't bother me but made my kids laugh and a little scared of using it. It's only small and comes with a handy little strap. I tied it into my bag and carried it with me and I went through security arches with no issues.

Used a lot on holiday I think the shock from the zap just takes your mind off the bite to be honestFor a short while altho the shock isn’t anything to worry about as can’t feel it really

Zaps small insects very well. The instructions on this made in China item do not explain why the ligjt at the top goes from red to green as it does not seem to be whether the battery has recharged or does it indicate if it has been triggered?

I suffer with so many bites during the summer from Mozzies. Last year I got it so bad that I was concerned about scarring etc. So after someone had suggested getting one of these I went ahead and ordered one.Unfortunately, it does absolutely NOTHING for me. All this device does is crack a spark on your skin!I suppose I was hoping for a miracle simple cure for the itching, and this certainly is not that.Money wasted.

I'm very pleasantly surprised to say this works!Every "summer" ☔ I get covered in bites daily when I walk the dog. The midges LOVE me. And don't even get me started about the mozzies abroad!I've tried EVERYTHING to prevent them. Deet. Citronella. Covering up. Nothing works.So I decided to try treating them afterwards. Itch creams do work but I'd have to be literally covered head to toe in it, so in my search for a cure for the incessant itching I came across this gadget.I tested it on the biggest bite on my ankle that's swollen to twice it's size, probably a horsefly again.I didn't feel anything when I zapped, so I tested it on the palm of my hand. Do not do this!! It nearly threw me across the room! 😂😂But back to the ankle. I zapped about 10 times and the itching got worse as expected, but after 10 minutes it's stopped!! Completely!!I then zapped the bites on my lower back, again felt nothing, but they've stopped itching too!!TLDR: buy this, it works, do NOT zap palms. 😁

Easy to use with much needed relief from those pesky bites. Brought several packs so we could share with friends on holiday! There was much satisfaction from the zapping clicking sounds! Definitely a great buy and value for money.
