Easy, you unpack it and pull the two sides up, attach the holders and your set to go.

Fantastic stool!
This stool is a life saver. My knees r bad and recently had to learn to walk again. I’m writing as I’m so happy with it. One lady s review said put hands in center of bar sitting and getting up her review really helped me why I’m writing this review. Just be careful and u will love it. I use all the time now.

Sturdy. Easy to fold up. Was what I expected. Have not had it very long so can't speak on how well it karts after a lot of use.
