A Book That Takes Its Time: An Unhurried Adventure in Creative Mindfulness (Flow)

This book is absolutely gorgeous! I’m am so trying to take my time with it, but it’s so lovely I want to devour it.The cover, the content and ethos of the book is superb. Can you guess, I love it. Bought one for my daughter, she loves it too.

Excellent book filled with beautiful articles, beautiful illustrations and packed with paper goodies and suggested slow-down activities. Recommended for any paper lovers looking for a bit of a creative refreshment in their lives.

Beautiful book from the publishers of Flow magazine. Hardcover and over 200 pages filled with gorgeous illustrations and interesting articles on mindfulness and related topics with lots of pull out cards, prints and booklets. Great price on Amazon too - well worth getting whilst waiting for the next Paper Lovers book to be released.

A delightful book crammed with interesting articles, thoughtful exercises and lovely ephemera- another winner from the Flow team. I bought two copies, one for myself and one for my daughter who’s loving it.

I bought 3 similar books at the same time and this is sadly my least favourite. It's beautiful and maybe I've just not been in the right mood for it yet but so far it's sat unused. There's lots of spaces for lists, and things you cut out. I've not seen the stickers yet but it's a lovely thick book so i'm sure they're in there. I don't give three stars to mean it's bad but it's ok/good not great/amazing/best book ever. If it was just based on how it looks i'd give it a five, but it's not been for me.
