Works perfectly
I bought this to attach an old non-Ai 200mm Nikkor to my Canon R6. The adapter fits perfectly with no looseness at all. You just have to set the camera to shoot without a lens because the adapter has no electronic contacts and so the camera doesn’t detect a lens. Just go to the menu and select the icon with the camera and the scale under it before the star icon, go to option 4 and choose “shoot without a lens.” You can then shoot with the old Nikkor. Focusing is manual with the lens focusing ring, and you can see the focus in the camera’s evf or screen. What’s more, the Canon’s focus peaking works flawlessly. Exposure is set with the lens aperture ring, and the camera’s ISO and shutter speed controls, however you’ve set them. I almost forgot how nice manual focusing is on a real optical focusing lens. The results are images that equal and surpass the IQ of any of my RF L glass, with beautiful color and razor edge to edge sharpness. I was amazed. I’m leaving the adapter permanently attached to the 200mm, which will be in my camera bag along with my RF 24-105 f4 L as my travel kit. The build quality on this adapter is excellent. It also works with my Ai and Ais lenses. Highly recommended.

Unmatched Quality and Security: PHOLSY is the only adapter I trust
Having experimented with several other lens adapters in the past, I've found the PHOLSY Lens Mount Adapter, which connects Pentax K PK lenses to Canon EOS RF-mount cameras, to stand out significantly in terms of quality and reliability. This adapter is undoubtedly the best I've used, surpassing others not only in performance but also in build quality. What sets this adapter apart is the absence of any play at the connection point. It offers a secure, rock-solid fit that ensures the lens is perfectly aligned with the camera body at all times. This tight fit is crucial for maintaining optimal image quality and focus accuracy, especially important when using high-resolution cameras. The adapter's construction is purely metal, exuding a robust feel and the confidence that it can handle the rigors of frequent use. The high-quality finish not only adds to its aesthetic appeal but also protects the adapter from wear and tear, ensuring it lasts for many years.Given the cost of high-quality lenses, it's paramount not to compromise on the adapter's quality. A cheaper, less durable adapter might save some money upfront but can lead to catastrophic results, including damaging your expensive lens should it fail and drop. The PHOLSY adapter, with its over-built design, provides peace of mind, securing your investment in quality optics by firmly holding them in place without any risk of detachment. In conclusion, if you're serious about photography and often switch between different lenses on your Canon EOS RF-mount camera, investing in the PHOLSY Lens Mount Adapter is a wise decision. Its unparalleled build quality and stability make it an essential tool for anyone looking to utilize Pentax K lenses with their Canon system, ensuring safety, reliability, and performance.

Scam doesn’t work
Doesn’t work. Waste of money. Spend the extra $20-$30 on one that actually works

It works, but doesn't give your lens' full functionality.
It attaches well, and the photo quality is still great. But one thing to keep in mind, you won't be able to change your lens' aperture if there isn't a manual slider on the outside of the lens. If your aperture changing is internal, this lens won't support it. And autofocus won't work as well. But like I said, it works well and the image quality is still nice.

Adapters are more complex than they appear - and this is a decent one.
First, it fits the Exakta lenses I have reasonably well - I'd like better retention from the little spring lever, but given the difference in fit between my Exakta lenses, I suspect that that's as good as it's going to get. What's important here is on the inside.First the ring that accepts the tabs on the back of the lens is stainless steel - but on the inside it's not much larger than it has to be. A big stainless ring facing the sensor makes ugly hot spots and cuts contrast with some of my lenses, so the smaller the better. This one is not perfect, but it's not bad at all.Second, the geometry and anodizing on the inside of the adapter are also far better at cutting internal reflections than another brand I've tried. The matte nature of the anodizing is quite good, and the internal surfaces are highly angled. It's twice the price of the cheapest ones, and it's worlds better than those are. There are others that are hundreds of dollars - I would hope that those are better still, but I'm not spending that kind of money to find out, given the large number of adapters I use.

Works great
Great lens adapter. Solid fit. Buying more for my other vintage lens.

Works great. Needs a deeply hidden option in the Canon camera menu to operate.
There's no manual. The orange stripe is next to the camera body. The shiny metal portion connects to the lens. Instead of a green dot on the adapter, it has a small dimple/mark. Align that to the lens green dot during install. In my Canon R100, it wouldn't trigger the shutter until I went into Custom Function 4 and enabled "Release shutter w/o lens".
