While I wasn't expecting much from this purchase, I was pleasantly surprised. This couch makes a wonderful addition to any game room or small living space. Not only does it offer ample storage, but is comfortable to boot.

My experience with the pull-out couch has been nothing short of frustrating. The advertised dimensions were misleading, turning what should have been a seamless addition to my space into a logistical nightmare. I purchased this product almost solely on the size of the sleeping area. It turns out that it’s 7inches shorter than advertised. I’m not sure if they pay for reviews but the only other review mentioning the size discrepancy is buried in wave of reviews.The product's quality is also a letdown, with cheap materials that scream lack of durability. The wood slats are awful and the welds are inconsistent. This is my third pull-out/sleeper purchased around this price point and I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. It's disappointing when a piece of furniture doesn't live up to expectations, especially when you rely on accurate product information for an online purchase.Adding to the dissatisfaction is the customer service, which proved to be unhelpful and unresponsive. I expected a smoother resolution process, but it seems the company falls short in addressing customer concerns. It took over 48 hours for them to just tell me to send the couch back.Attempting to return the couch has become a Herculean task due to its substantial size and impractical packing requirements. The boxes the couch came in were damaged during shipping and the seller seemed unbothered by this. Per policy it would be my job to dismantle the product (understandably), and to pay for shipping materials (frustrating). It’s a pain to spend 2 hours building something only to realize that the item is smaller than advertised and to have to spend more time to dismantle it and pack it up. Then to take the 200 pound item to a courier. The sheer inconvenience of managing the return process has left me questioning the overall integrity of this companyThree days in, the third party seller offered me a partial refund in order to buy a trundle frame and bedding to extend the sleeping area to meet the advertised size. Sadly, it means another thing to store and have to set up, taking the ease out of using this couch.In summary, this pull-out couch has been a regrettable purchase, from inaccurate dimensions to subpar quality and unhelpful customer service. If you value your time, money, and sanity, I strongly recommend exploring alternatives with more accurate information and better customer support.

I've had this couch now for a year and a half. During this time I've lived in two different apartments so I had to move with the couch once. It's easy to assemble and it looks exactly like how the pictures are on amazon. No smells came with the couch either! The comfort on it is fabulous. Sometimes when I have friends sleeping over, they sleep on the couch and they absolutely love it. I've spent hours and hours on it whether it's binge watching movie marathons or just relaxing while having a glass of wine and chatting with friends.Now the only downside I am now experiencing after almost two years is that the cushion can't come off to be washed and I don't think you can order new cushions. The zipper has split on one cushion probably because we use it so often and I can't zip it back together because the zip is literally just for show. If they had new cushions or even covers that I could put over these ones then I'd give it 5 stars and I'd be inclined to purchase new ones from the company as well however I don't think that's possible so I'm unfortunately giving it 4 stars due to that only reason. Hope this helps but still I highly recommend!

The media could not be loaded. I just moved into my own place and wanted a functional couch that also had the pop up bed option. I went to RoomsToGo and priced out some sectional options but they were easily $1500-$2500 and just not in a position to spend that much just yet!A told me about a couch that they bought off of Amazon, it was a different brand but similar to what I was looking for. So then I started doing some more digging and found this couch! I was hesitant because so much of the reviews were either really great or not great at all… But then I saw that it was on sale and there was an extra $160 off so I said OK why not.shipping was much faster than I anticipated! I bought it and it was at my door within two days. It did come in three separate packages and the boxes are large! I should’ve included photos of it, but I forgot the third piece arrived the next day so one box was the Chase lounge. The second box was the middle portion and then the third box that came in was the second chaise lounge. Which made me nervous because I thought that I was shipped the wrong couch.It was pretty easy to put together by myself. Definitely was a lot faster when I pulled out my own tool and added the Allen wrench head as well as the screwdriver so overall pretty easy it took about two hours to do it by myself.It is very soft and the cushions and everything fluffed up as good as I would expect. The throw pillows though are incredibly skinny so I will probably end up getting some stuffing or something from Michael’s to fluff them up more so that there’s more cushion.The pop-up bad feature is very nice! I only have a one bedroom so whenever I have my nephews come visit I wanted to make sure I had somewhere for them to sleep and this is a great option. I didn’t have any issues with broken pieces or missing pieces and again shipping was very fast.Hopefully this review is helpful for someone! Especially as someone who relies heavily on reviews before buying something. It was definitely much worth it than spending more money at a big store!if anything changes within the next few months or so, I’ll definitely post an update but as of right now, I’m definitely loving it!
