Great product
Love it. Does exactly what I want it to do. Prints right on CD that are made for inkjet printer and looks professional.FYI Just make sure you use the CD that comes with the printer to install all the drivers.

Good quality output, small, does what I need.
This printer is small and produced good quality output. The software installation process is about average for most printers these days (that is to say, it's harder than it should be). It's been difficult to get it to send scans to some computers. We had to fall back to scanning to a thumb drive on a few occasions. Other than that it's done everything well.

Be sure and install the Epson printing app first!
Great for printing on CD’s once you get it setup with Epson software.

Stay away.
I initially bought one of these printers three years ago, and it was time to replace it because it was spilling ink all over the printed page so I ordered another one just like it. I ended up changing my mind after realizing how much money I’ve spent on ink. It’s ridiculous. I probably have spent over $1000 in the past year. My printer will tell me the ink is out even though the ink cartridges are still someone full. Stay away from inkjet printers like this one unless you want to throw your money away. I’m going to buy a laser printer. Laser printers are more money up front, but the toner lasts a lot longer than ink cartridges.

Printed DVDs flawlessly, using the EPSON template. Just what I was looking for!
