After a stressful few months I decided to pick up my kindle and find myself a new book..I read this in 1 day!! Did me the world of good and held my attention throughout. The ending did not disappoint aswell..looking for my next book now thankyou :)

I loved this book from start to finish. Kept me guessing to the end. One of my favourite authors. Would love to read all hiss books.

This story was truly gripping from start to finish. Could not put it down and read it in under one day because I was so hooked.

Really enjoyed this book but it was very long a good story line it kept me interested but I had to have a break a few time a good ending

Excellent novel. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole convoluted plot and I didn’t guess the ending. Without sounding pompous I usually work out the story end but not on this one. Well done Mr Logan👍

The book begins at a funeral and introduces a woman hiding in the shadows. We learn that she is Heather Vernon and newly released on parole after serving 10 years for murder. The victim, it turns out, was her husband Liam discovered on the sofa the following morning by one of their two sons. Heather has always said she is innocent of the crime, but if not her, then who killed Liam and why.It was a good read with a few twists and turns with a final one I didn't see coming.

I really enjoyed this book, the way he builds the characters, the storyline and the twists. Really well written. Definitely recommend.
