together and following directions is pretty bad. I know it has a 5-star rating for ease of assembly, but it was changeling for me. The directions are 5-star because I could assemble it which was a major accomplishment. The larger your hand the more difficult to handle all the pieces together.Anyway, I did get put together, and it looks great but, I couldn’t get the fire going. I assumed I had done something wrong. I had a professional plumber check it out and it turned out that the control panel was defective. The control panel comes assembled so you can’t mess it up.I went on Amazon to contact the seller. The seller gave me the option to get troubleshooting instructions or a return for a full refund. I had already done the troubleshooting, so I selected to return the item. To return you would need to take it apart and repackage it in the original shipping packing which I had already disposed of. I did not want to return it and requested a replacement part in the notes. Someone read the note and responded that the part would be shipped to me. Their representative (Amy) followed up with me multiple times with the status of obtaining the part from the manufacturer. It did take a couple of weeks, but I did get the part and it worked. You have to appreciate a company that stands behind its product and is responsive.

Easy to assemble and works prefect. When we received the box and opened it one of the side table tiles was broken. I contacted the seller and had them send me a replacement tile. Absolutely had no problem (just sent them a picture of tile, shipping box and copy of label and that was it nest day I get the tile. Love this company and the Fire Pit (looks Great on our new Deck. Price was really reasonable.

The media could not be loaded. I did quite a bit of research before purchasing this fire pit, and I chose it because of the size, the table top design, the accessories it comes with (glass wind screen + glass fire beads + cover) and the great value for the price! I put it together solo in an hour and a half from box open to finish. It wasn’t difficult, but you do have to really pay attention to the drawings on the directions to make sure all the pieces are facing the right way before you screw them in. It also comes with a screwdriver and an Allen wrench so you don’t need extra tools. I love it! It fired up right away, with a great flame that puts out nice heat. It’s going to create fabulous ambiance on my deck! Downside: the propane tank holder is fixed inside the unit and does not roll out, so it’s a little challenging to put the propane tank in (I love that it’s hidden). Otherwise this is an amazing item for the money!

The fire pit looks exactly as the picture and comes with everything you need to make the ambiance on your patio perfect. It was fairly simple to put together, and instructions were pretty straightforward. Upon receiving this item, one of the ceramic pieces that go along the edges of the pit was broken due to delivery. I reached out to customer service and sent them a few pictures, and within a week I got a package in the mail. Now here is the good part, I was only thinking I would be getting a new ceramic piece, but instead they gave me an entire new fire pit free of charge. What a pleasant surprise and a blessing. The customer service was amazing, and I am happy with my purchase. Now my patio has double the ambiance.

I get a lot of compliments on the fireplace from friends and family. It was easy to put together it took less than an hour. The only thing is it is higher than a normal coffee table. I will have to see how it lasts and having it outside.

This a well built fire pit table. Heavy tiles, comes with the glass and everything. Exrtemely satisifed.

It’s not heavy duty and it won’t last for years but it’s nice for the price. My frame came bent and I contacted the seller. They responded within 24 hours and had a new frame shipped to my home within 3 days! Super easy and nice to work with! I’d buy from this seller again!

It's nice enough. The product description was accurate. We've used it several times and it lights. It's a great-looking piece, so much classier than our other one. It loses points for the fact it is a lot flimsier than what I thought it was going to be. As you assemble it, you wonder if it will make it until you get it all together. AND more important in Colorado, the cover it comes with won't even last the year. Our sun will disintegrate it in no time.Would I buy it again? Yes, the price was right and it works.
