Very pleased with this product, have purchased several times, great quality, I notice a big difference in my sleep as well as fibro pain when without it between orders.

I already have a very good liquid magnesium supplement BUT this product is strong! I take it before I go to bed and when I wake up I’m tired and don’t get much done because I have NO energy. The problem is that magnesium can lower your blood pressure and when that happens it makes you tired. I bought this product because I needed magnesium that wasn’t SO strong, but still effective ! I took one pill as soon as my order arrived and I actually felt like I had more energy ! Plus I want a magnesium supplement that you only need to take 1 per day NOT 3 per day and this product works like that ! Great price and excellent results on the first day !
