Works well...excellent price/quality
First off, the BO6T6 transmitter is a compact, sturdy, and well-made device. The front face is practical and user-friendly. A key feature for me is the small, slim design (only 2cm in height) which allowed me to hide the transmitter behind my flat-screen TV which is almost flush against the wall with no unsightly wires or antenna sticking out. The set-up was straightforward with several options: I used the USB to my power supply with the Optical into my TV. The enclosed manual is rather basic but the info on the Amazon product page was helpful as were the video tutorials.I am using the device to stream music/audio (mainly YouTube concerts) from my TV to a high-end audio system through to my speakers/headphones. The BT transmitter is in line of sight (about 10ft away) from the music streamer so connection and pairing were fairly straightforward and I did not experience any problems. As recommended, I took the precaution of turning off all other paired devices beforehand. The BO6T6 has all the main BT codecs that you could want with my streamer supporting both aptX LL and HD codecs. This was a big advantage and a major selling point of the little transmitter which I think is one of the only BT transmitters on the market of this size and price point to offer all these codecs. The Low Latency (LL) function worked well with barely any noticeable sound delay. Using the High Definition (HD) setting, this was harder to assess audibly but the overall voice resolution and sound quality seemed clearer than when playing music directly from/through the TV which I regard as a plus in my case.Overall, the upgraded BO6T6 transmitter worked well and I would recommend the product.Pro's:- Small, compact, well-built- Easy set-up & options- All major codecs included- Excellent price/qualityCon's:- None so far

This Device Saved Me $600-$800+, Christmas 2023
As a retired couple, we were perfectly happy watching our vintage Vizio 50" TV. We mostly watched our new-ish Roku over it. We are used to watching TV over headphones so we won't disturb the neighbors. Unfortunately, the wireless Sennheiser headphones we were using stopped working. All we had left were our Bluetooth phone headsets. But that was OK; our new-ish Roku— the primary tuner we watched— incorporated a BT transmitter. Our Bluray player also had a BT transmitter. The only issue was that each of those devices could connect to just ONE headset at a time. So, we couldn't watch movies or shows together. That seemed a minor issue, so we just worked around it.We were good to go. And then……our apartment house decided to give all their tenants free basic cable. Cable access needed a cable box to decode the signal to a different TV input. The cable box did not offer a Bluetooth connection. If we wanted to watch the cable input, the only audio output we had was the Vizio's atrocious speakers. I'm pretty deaf, so I couldn't watch the cable input without the Vizio's speakers threatening to pulverize the walls. My wife hated the speakers, so she rarely used the cable input.Which leads to our Christmas expense. New TVs have a Bluetooth connection built right in! Practically ALL new TVs even the cheap ones have BT! However, Samsung has included a technology they developed for their higher-end phones: this feature allows two people to listen over two Bluetooth headsets to one phone at the same time. Together. The company incorporated this into their televisions. I'm not sure whether it is only for their higher-end TVs, or whether all their models have it. The only ones I found it in were the higher-ends.After looking at new BT-equipped televisions for four months and reading specifications sheets till my eyes watered I was finally ready to buy a new TV. Say goodbye to our trustworthy Vizio and welcome to our new Samsung. The models I was considering were all between $600 and ~$900. None of the pictures wowed me anymore than our Vizio. But they would all allow me to watch TV along with my wife.It was then— just after Cyber Monday— I came across this 1Mii Model B06T6 Bluetooth Adapter. It was smaller than the palm of my hand. It would transmit 1 sound source to 2 headsets simultaneously. It was Bluetooth 5.3. It literally supplied the exact functionality that our Vizio was lacking!Since the Cyber-Monday sales were over, the B06T6's price increased $8. I didn't care, I bought it anyway. It arrived today, and I immediately installed it to test it out. It came with a short USB-A > USB-C connection cable (less than a foot long). This is how the B06T6 is powered up… through the TV's USB connection. So to use it, you have to have at least one USB port on your TV free. I have several longer USB-A>C cables but I chose to use the one included in the box since it was for power. After turning off the TV, I found that A side of the cable fit into the TV USB port well and snugly. The C side plugged right into the B06T6.Once I turned the TV on, the B06T6's "Bluetooth 1" pairing light started flashing. I disconnected my Bluetooth earbuds from all the devices it was already paired to (my phone, the Roku, etc.). Then I restarted the earbuds in pairing mode. Within a second or two, both devices were paired.I used the Optical Audio cable included to connect the TV sound output to the B06T6. Of course, it worked! I then paired up my wife's Philips over-the-ear BT headset. She put them on, and lo-and-behold, we were watching TV together! All of this in MUCH less time than it took you to read this long-winded description. So that's the story of how I saved $600-800-plus dollars this Christmas and still got it done. All thanks to the 1Mii B06T6.Now. Criticisms (Don't worry, 1Mii, these are mostly just suggestions):1. You desperately need an OSD (on-screen display). Or perhaps an LED screen on the B06T6 device itself. That would allow for:2. Enough RAM for the B06T6 to pair up with & remember several Bluetooth devices on each transmitter, instead of just one BT headset per transmitter.3. The reason for the OSD would be that you would also be able to deliver a subtle window onscreen for a few seconds that informed the user of the volume of their deviceAnd that's it. As long as the device works for at least a year, I will be a happy camper. But think about this: with those features I mentioned, I would likely have spent much more for your product. As it is, I thought it was a little too expensive (especially as I knew you were selling it for eight dollars less just one day before I bought it). With the features I suggested, I might have spend double what I did. Think of how much money I saved because I did not have to buy a new TV.In closing, thank your staff and workers very much for me!December 10, 2023Since writing this review, a new problem has cropped up, namely: the extreme volume level when the B06T6 first turns on. The unit does not remember the last volume setting when it is turned off. Instead, it resets the volume to the loudest level when the power is restored. That is pretty bad for people who are wearing the headphones while turning on the television. It might even present a danger to their hearing.

Terrible Sound with Stereo Receiver
It connected very quickly with my headphones. But the sound is horrible. I have a high-end receiver unfortunately it is not blue tooth. Adding this to it was simple, but the sound quality is horrible. This goes back.

Little powerhouse
Picked one of these up via Amazon Resale (formerly Warehouse) for about half the price a few months ago and have been loving it. I have it on my office TV and have been impressed how far the signal will transmit. I can go from the basement office upstairs and out to the garage (easily 60 feet) and not lose the signal. I also have an older 1Mii Bluetooth 5.0 transmitter on the bedroom TV, which is bigger and has external antennas, but this little marvel works just as well. I also like that it pairs fast and every time without issue. My favorite headphones for TV usage are MOZOTER Bluetooth 5.3 Wireless Earbuds, which have physical buttons that allow easy volume change. The Bluetooth 5.3 tech does seem to really make a difference.

Works quite well
Tried it out with two fire tv's, worked great with one out of the box, the other had clickity noise only as other reviews have mentioned. Just required changing sound output preferences in tv settings. About two minutes time to experiment. Only complaint so far is volume cannot be controlled with tv remote, only with headphone control or transmitter itself. Aside from these glitches it works quite well, range covers our apt.Didn't bother using included instructions, they did not look so helpful, easy enough to setup without.Only tested with tv shows and youtube music videos. Everything seemed in sync. Now we can ditch the long headphone cords and go wireless!

Great Transmitter for silent TV watching
I’ve had a few of these transmitters over the years and needed to upgrade my 3yr old unit. Bought this based on other reviews. I have an LG OLED C4 tv. Using the optical out, paired easily to AirPods 4. No lag, no issues so far and I like being able to adjust the volume output to the AirPods. My old unit did not have that capability. Happy with this purchase.
