Good quality
I bought these to help melting cheese on smash burgers on my flat top griddle and they work perfectly. The handles are separate when they arrive, but there's an included screwdriver for you to attach it to the dome. It's holding up fine so far after about 5-6 uses and still looks brand new. I only needed one so I've saved the other one for if/when this one succumbs to all of the heat/grease/washing up that it'll have to go through. Bit of a niche product but worth it for me.
