Sexy system with exceptional service
System is great so far, few weeks in. Had it show up with one of the fans making a noise, so I sent an email to the customer service, and not only did they help me discover the problem was just an errant manufacturing wire, they told me how to fix it, and just in case sent me a new fan. Great system; great customer service, great price. Stop searching. You’re done

Understated design and no-frills components, but this is a legit rig
After some shipping drama with poor communication around changing delivery dates (unclear if it was on the CUK side or the Amazon side) the system arrived just a few days after the originally scheduled delivery.I was nervous about this purchase because I jumped on a price that was almost too good to be true: $1k+ less than anything else with the same specs and hundreds less than it would have cost to DIY. Had some real "surely something is weird about this price" vibes, but not quite so extreme that it was an obvious risk. As of this review the price has increased back to something more in-line with other sellers, although still much lower than most boutique shops. After setup and looking at components it's using the budget-tier SKUs from name brands, but that's totally fine by me: the PNY RTX 4090 TF Verto is a solid if basic 4090, the G Skill Flare X5 RAM is budget but also still legit, and other components are similarly budget SKUs of reputable brands. Given that it was dramatically less than anything comparable I'm super happy.Gaming at 4k with ray tracing and everything at ultra for games like Cyberpunk 2077 and Alan Wake 2 has temps topping out in the mid 70s with fans remaining very quiet. The Mantis V2 case isn't going to win any awards for ground-breaking design and this build probably isn't enough of a statement for folks who care about every component being RGB-enabled, but IMO the case is elegant, understated (by gaming PC standards) and super-solid with beautifully machined parts. Very clean wiring and plenty of room in the case, excellent airflow, and quiet. I really appreciate being able to turn-off the case lights with a physical button on the box. I also get some vibes from my old school Alienware "alien head" case from back in the day before they were acquired by Dell and I'm here for that nostalgia. Default lighting for the 6 included case fans is green, but you can cycle through the standard solid and animated color schemes.Attached picture is with the smoked glass panel removed.I'll report back if anything changes over time, but so far this is clearly a high-quality, solid build with obvious attention to assembly detail, and although the components are fairly basic they're also from reputable brands.

Took a $$$ chance, it paid off handsomely
In the middle of a move, and with tariffs on the horizon, building a new PC wasn't something I had time for. My old PC was 12 years old and overdue for replacement.I've been using this PC for a couple months and it's performed very well. It was a relief as this was my first pre-built. A few hacks to make Windows 11 a little friendlier and a second M.2 SSD and I'm playing highly modded RPGs as I've wanted to for years.Keyboard and mouse were included as were a little gadget bag and instructions

really is a good pc but when the description says water cooled, i expected the gpu to be water cooled also, not just the cpu.

This is a freaking awesome PC
I've wanted to get a really good gaming machine and workstation for a while now. I really wasn't looking forward to building a machine from scratch but this fit the bill for exactly what I needed. Great components, in a very nice looking case. When I priced out the individual components it works out that I paid less than $150 for assembly testing and a warranty. One thing to be careful of, the system is supposed to come with a gaming keyboard and mouse. They were not in the box when it arrived. However the company was quick to fix this with just a simple email and I received the keyboard and mouse in the mail about a week later.

Reputable
This is my second computer from CUK.Love them both. Ships fast, well packed, nicely built and, good quality at the price point. I don't need to figure out what parts will work, it's done and works to my expectations. I like CUK.
