On my third bottle now. It does help me focus and not be forgetful. I do the caffeinated one. On really busy days I take 3 or 4 of them but I highly suggest you don't do this. I'm heavy set and I found 3 or 4 of them have better effect on me don't try this though, but I do feel I personally need like at least 3 daily to get the full effect based on my heavy weight. Even childrens meds guides are based on weight so it is a factor imo but honestly just do what it says.

I have been taking this product for 3 weeks so far and at this point I highly recommend it. It is easy to take and so much nicer than having to take multiple items. I began taking this product to aid in mood enhancement and mental clarity and have seen great results in both!

It works well for me. I had stopped taking medication and supplements for a few months. Over those months I didn’t feel any different than I had before…so I thought. After I went to my annual checkup I started back taking 12-in-1 Nootropic Brain Supplement daily. Wow! In two or three days what a difference. I had more energy and I had a clearer head and had better focus.

It has really helped. I had brain surgery and has helped me to focus and had clarity.I just subscribe to have on a monthly basis.

After researching and finding L-tyrosine's purported benefits for those with ADHD, I ordered and tried these. They do exactly as they should with no side effects, although lowering my normal caffeine intake was necessary due to the anhydrous caffeine these contain, which isn't a bad thing.

I purchased this supplement to enhance my focus and energy, and while it did some improvements, but the extremely high Vitamin B12 dosage (1000 mcg, over 41,000% of the daily value) caused widespread skin breakouts. High levels of B12 can trigger acne-causing bacteria to produce more inflammatory substances, which led to excessive blemishes throughout my body. Although the other ingredients like L-Tyrosine, Alpha-GPC, and Bacopa Monnieri seemed effective, the severe skin reaction outweighed the cognitive benefits. If you’re prone to breakouts or have sensitive skin, I recommend caution as the high B12 content can cause significant skin issues.

For it to work properly I recommend taking each tablet with water only instead of food since food can cause the body to feel sleepy Imo.
