Good supplement for my body

I don’t recommend this brand because it is not well made and barely touching the capsules causes stains if I forget to clean my hands before I touch furniture, bedding or clothing.

They work very well and are a capsule!

Wife and I have been taking this product now for a few months, no relief at this time. Still have half a bottle out of 4 so still hopping but not depending on it
