Very good for aches.
I prefer this to other pain creams I've tried. I suffer a lot of aches & this helps so I can get some sleep or move a bit more comfortably on the bad ache days. Great value for money.

Didn't Cool for me
Had to buy this as my usual product was out of stock. It's not worked me, it had no cooling effect what so ever as a muscle rub it does a job
