perfect replacement
This is my 3rd one since I have gotten this hard hat. I buy one every year or when mine gets so nasty its beyond cleaning it. Perfect fit. The quality is there to keep me going.

Does NOT fit MSA HARDHATS!
I was very disappointed when this item arrived and it did not fit my MSA hard hat.The mounting tabs are far too small for the slots on the hard hat, rendering it TOTALLY USELESS!

Safety Hard Hat harness
Good product. Well made. I would emphasize this does not work with my 3M hard hat. The mounting tabs are not long enough. I had forgot the general rule is only to use a harness made by the same company. The exception being my 3M hard hat harness did not have the tightener in the back like this one so it falls off when I am looking down inside a conveyor. Make sure your mounting tabs match correctly.
