Did you say you wanted some added "heat" with your chili, soup, chicken breast, or watermelon?
We discovered this at a Philly cheesesteak restaurant called "Jim's" in Philadelphia in 2020. We "borrowed" 20-30 packets the night we ate there to take home with us and were hell-bent on finding some on the Internet. I was surprised it is available through Amazon, but it is. This stuff is tracked by bottle, by batch (see photo). The short and simple of it is: My 31-year-old daughter and I use this in and on about everything. It adds flavor and, depending upon how much you use, it can up that chili-pepper-type heat. This is made from habanero peppers: on the Scoles scale, habaneros are 40 to 60 times hotter than jalapeños. That is NOT a typo: 40 to 60 times hotter. So, use sparingly. One bottle lasts us over one year, and we use it in all soups, all stews, chili, on chicken and beef dishes, on several different cooked vegetables, in baked potatoes, on our eggs … essentially, on everything but Greek yogurt and ice cream. If you are ever in Philadelphia and feel like a GREAT Philly cheesesteak, Jim’s is at 400 South St, Philadelphia, PA 19147, open from 11:00 AM until at least midnight (1:00 AM on Fridays and Saturdays). I live in Houston. I’m not promoting this restaurant for personal gain. It just was THAT good

Tasty
Tasty and just spicy enough

Real Good.
The right amount of spice (Habanero) & garlic & salt. It's not too spicy-hot for me (I'm on the milder side but the taste of Habanero is spot on with this product), and the flavor is great. I add it over cheesy eggs or potatoes. It's also good in soup or on simple hors d'oeuvres.Just be aware of the SALT and don't add any more until you add this to taste first -this is not 'salty', but it is the right amount (light) for my taste. My wife likes it too, and she really likes things spicy-hot.I'm finding I use my favorite hot sauce less and use this instead.

Great spice, good value
This is a great value if you love St. Lucifer. I use this spice daily. It enhances the flavor and adds heat to nearly anything, including chicken, pork, steak, spaghetti, most soups, stir fry, roasted vegetables, etc. I have even used it on popcorn.

Don't like the name but the spice is awesome!
This stuff is great! I put it on almost everything. If you're looking for lava in a bottle that burns your mouth out and kills the flavor of the food, this is NOT it. It has heat but doesn't overpower the flavor of the food, it enhances it. First time i tried it was at Jim's Steaks in Philadelphia. I got my sandwich and it needed a little salt. They had this stuff in packets with the other condiments so i tried it. It transformed my sandwich! I've been hooked ever since. I wish it came in bigger bottles.

Yummy but pricey
This stuff is delicious but the shipping is so much. My spouse and I use it for a variety of food. Quality is excellent.

Good, but not hot
If you need a sugar-free Bloody Mary mix that isn't very hot (because you don't like heat or because you're using a pepper-infused vodka, for instance), this product is for you. I add pepper, garlic and Worcestershire sauce to it, but I do that for other Bloody Mary mixes too. If you want to bring the heat, you can always add hot sauce too. If you want a hotter sugar-free mix, I recommend Master of Mixes 5 Pepper Mixer.
