Small foot print installed in garage well made.Easy to install used different screw as ones supplied looked not very strong. Hose on reel small diameter so need to use fitting supplied to connect accessories no great problem but be aware.Meets all my requirements highly recommend

Have always been pleased with Hozelock products they are always well produced and work extremely well. my son was very pleased with his present.

I needed a hosepipe for an elderly couple who are a bit tottery so it was essential the hosepipe was easy to store out of the way. I hesitated over buying this as other purchasers haven't been very impressed but I could find nothing else that came close to its apparent suitability; i.e. hang neatly on the wall and go back into the cassette without winding. I can only say I am glad I took a chance, it has made their lives so much easier. They now find watering a doddle, what was a tiring chore is now an easy bit of fun. The hose is long enough to water the bottom of their small garden and the only watering cans (which are heavy when full) they have to carry are from the side passage to the front tubs because they extend the hose as far as possible and use it to fill the cans. I truly recommend this item, it does as it says and the only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is because I don't know how long it will last. As a matter of interest I assembled it myself, I found it very easy to do and it doesn't leak (unlike previous hoses I have owned that have leaked from every join).

Arrived fast .well packaged.Easy to fit looks great on wall not too big or bulky compact and neat looking.Works a treat auto rewind amazing be careful and walk it back to rewindIt’s locks at any length required just a simple tug at length and it locksI have mine next to tap so convenient for watering plants .Washing down garden and all round 100% happy with my purchase .I’d certainly recommend this seller and products

Easy to fit. Good quality hose pipe and the holder is very sturdy. Works very well.

The hose on the reel is of a smaller diameter than a standanrd hose, or the hose given to connect to the tap. This will adversley affect the pressure of my lawn sprinkler (the hose will be conncted to a longer Hozelock hose which has a larger diameter) and add considerable time onto watering the lawn. THIS WAS NOT MENTIONED IN ANY OF THE SALES INFORMATION.I expect Hozelock to be of the highest quality, this product is not. When the hose retracts onto the reel the whole product feels cheap and does not load back onto the reel evenly, as others I have had.If I had seen this on display in a shop, I would not have purchased.This is my first negative review on Amazon.

Looks awesome, nice design, easy to install, but it'd just to big, have nice performance.

Small but everything is there to install and use.
