Brilliant
Really pleased with this product it’s easy to install, connects first time with Alexa and actually works, very bright and app is easy to navigate. The remote is not needed but works great.

Keeps loosing Alexa connection
Overall the light is good when working, but every now and then it seems to loose its connection to our alexa and has to be reset, a pain, but the light still works so no need to replace, yet

Very poor products not very happy..
Hi Sir, madam, I went to Morrison where I tried to scan on the machine, but the machine was not working. I have waste my 45 minute just going there but is not working. This is not very good. Can you fix that machine please soon as possible. The light was not working properly and was not happy with this products. I have to pay the money to put it on my ceilings and I have to pay the money again to take it off. The remote was not working of the light waste of my money when I went to return the light and I waste my time because the machine was not working. not very good service.

Celling light
Its a little tricky installing this light, there’s hardly any space to allow room for wire bracket, I had to put bracket's between the celling and the light to allow room for existing wire bracket connections, also the glowing colors are not that great it’s very low so it’s not bright enough to just use the glow only, the main light is nice and bright though, the light doesn’t memories the last sitting, so you dimmer the main light and turn it off from the switch and on again you need to dimmer it again using the remote control, not that great unfortunately
