Bought this to shred a closet full of bankers boxes loaded with old bills, bank statements insurance docs etc. So far it has worked great with no issues. Run it pretty much non-stop for 45 mins or so without issue and then I need a break. More to do but I expect this shredder to keep doing fine.

Its short, TOP HEAVY and doesn't hold enough shredding (Its volume is all in the Top!!). IT ALSO QUIT WORKING PROPERLY JUST DAYS AFTER THE RETURN WINDOW. The cross cut paper scatters when you empty the unit and is a PAIN to clean up. I won't buy this brand again EVER. (WOOLSCHE) Performs under average and doesn't have a enough room for paper shreds. A large paper bag has to be folded down INSIDE ITSELF several inches in order to fit! its hard to take out without a lot of shreds on your floor to clean up. I WOULD NEVER BUY THIS BRAND AGAIN. EVER. pure freakin garbage.

This is a very quiet unit that allows me to shred while also listening to the news or for those nights I can't sleep, I can get caught up on all of the junk mail and other things you don't want in the trash without waking up the family including the dog.
