I’ve been doing Keto for a month and it’s working… but… I am losing weight everywhere but my stomach. Figured these would be a worthwhile chance to try to ditch some of this stomach bloat that I’m seeing every single day. I’ve always been skeptical of the health benefits of these sort of pills so I immediately took a look at the ingredient list. These have some very good things in them whether it flattens your belly or not so I decided to give them a try. Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Zinc- all the things that you need to be healthy not just to potentially lose weight. This is a good thing. Turmeric is thought to be a major health booster and may reduce inflammation in joints. Some people believe that it is the secret to a long life. Maybe. People have used this since the Biblical times as it’s mentioned in the Bible several times. It also has apple cider vinegar, Garcinia Cambogia, green tea extract, ginger root, açaí berry and dandelion extracts as well. All things with proven health benefits. This is not an FDA approved medication but I feel certain that it couldn’t hurt to try this out. A few days in and I’m not sure but I feel more energized with no negative side effects. Adding this will seemingly make it easier to get motivated and going towards my weight goal. I don’t know and can’t say that it is a magic pill. However, I think that in conjunction with my diet and having the energy to move more easily this could be a good supplement to my progress. Even after only a few days, I’m noticing a difference already. I’ll continue to use this and see how everything progresses. Stay tuned but right now- I can’t see any reason why it wouldn’t help. I feel great and only expect to feel better and better each day.
