I do order selecting/forklift operator for a living for those that dont know this is a very physical demanding job. I tried those pre work out listed above and those were only work for a few hours then the energy would go away ( not to mention the horrible side effects of some of those ingredients. First day it was okay i took a scoop and a half (just to be on the safe side you know dont know how it wil affect me) but the second day i took two scoops. i tell you man this is the best one yet. i went 10 hours of work full throttle lol I can feel i was tired but I was finding the energy to push through for 10 hrs. I knew running 130 percent for 10 hours is a lot and i know it was bcuz of this pre work out. I alwayed burned out within 4 hours but this helps me keep pushing. I did forklift operator ran 130 percent with 2 scoops, never done that before. Nothing like natural ingredients!

If you prefer a smaller amount of caffeine then this is for you. I don’t get a crash like I would get from coffee and the ingredients are clean. But if you want a good kick then i wouldn’t suggest this. With two scoops, I would get the same amount of caffeine as a regular cup of coffee. Taste is good, it dissolves easily in a bottle without using a shaker ball. The product is a little more expensive than most others, but you are getting quality ingredients. I would buy it again and would recommend to others.

This pre work is pure fire! I have never pushed myself harder in the gym. I used to take a tablespoon of honey before going because I like all natural products. Then I found this. I already buy their bee bread, which is amazing. This pre workout gave me steady energy, not even a hint of jitters. And I feel awake and alert. It’s crazy. Now… I’m not gonna tell you it tastes amazing but remember. Its natural. And I hate beets. lol it just tasted healthy to me and a tad bitter. But it’s not like I won’t take it again. It’s very mild. I will absolutely be adding this to my routine and highly recommended trying it for yourself.

I was really excited to try out this product. As soon as I opened up my container, I was hit with a very earthy smell (almost reminded me of mold…) I thought “Maybe it just smells like that because of the beets and other natural ingredients..?) Either way, I was in a rush to get to the gym with my buddy. So I ended up trying it, because I didn’t have anything else. It kind of taste like beets mixed in with a little dirt and an aftertaste/smell of lobster..? I don’t know if I just received a bad batch or I’m the weird one that doesn’t like the flavor… Really disappointed that I can’t get a refund. It wasn’t for me.

1st off it tastes great. Mixes well and isn't chunky. 2nd, the focus and energy I gain from it is fantastic. On day 3 I took some before work just to replace my 10am-ish Celsius. I didn't even think about my Celsius until after work, about 9 hours later. Not saying this stuff will pump you up for 9 straight hours, that was just my experience. Not feeling the need to have that Celsius mid morning.While working out, I've noticed I'm sweating more during my activity. Nothing has changed with my intensity toward the movements, it just seemed to have heated me up a little more.

If you like all the artificial candy type tastes of other pre workout you will be disappointed. If you want a natural flavor with real performance improvement without crash or jitters that make you feel overall healthy and generally better. I highly recommend this! Tastes like beet water but instantly you can feel it working and I am going to be a customer for a very very long time.

While I appreciate the natural ingredients in the pre-workout, the taste is awful. I also don't feel the energy I get from other pre-workouts. I will not order this product again.
