With proper technique, a very handy tool!!
I've used this taper all spring to fasten vegetable vines to support trellises, and it's been a huge help for that almost-daily task as the vines spread toward the sunlight. Aside from a couple staple jams, it's been pretty much a simple tool to use and reload. I caught the staple fill locking tab one day on the trellis and it fell out without me noticing. I had to hunt to find it, but shiny silver is easy to spot! Practice tying your fingers a couple times to learn the technique (partial close to snag ribbon, loop over plant, full close to staple and cut. Then just repeat! You might also practice reloading the tape reel before needing to do so in the field - not complicated, but better to observe on a cool tabletop than out in the sunny heat. It's not a perfect 5-stars, but close enough!

Makes Garden Tying So Much Easier
### Rating: ★★★★★### Subject Headline: Makes Garden Tying So Much Easier!### Review Comment:The Plant Tying Machine has been such a game-changer in my garden. It's super easy to use and saves a ton of time. The 10 rolls of tape, spare blades, springs, and 10,000 staples are more than enough to last me through the gardening season.I've tried it on my grapes, raspberries, tomatoes, and even some flowers. It works great on everything! The machine feels sturdy and reliable, and it really cuts down on the effort needed compared to doing it all by hand.Overall, this little gadget has made taking care of my plants so much simpler. I love it!

works as advertised
It was a little frustrating at first trying to figure out how to operate it but after a while I got the hang of it. It’s still a little hard to load the tape but all in all it functions as advertised.

Doesn’t work like advertised
There were no instructions for this unit. Online it looks easy to use but we couldn’t get it to work. The tape kept cutting off and not stapling together. We also couldn’t load the tape.We sent it back :(

Disappointed it fell apart (update)
Spoke to their customer service. I asked for a replacement of the spring. Today I received my replacement parts and it was the entire kit again I am so appreciative and just blown away my outstanding customer service thanks again I'll be looking for your business name next time I place an orderWorked great then after I re-filled staples the slide that holds them in fell out. I put it back in but it fell out again. I lost the pRy the second time. I check it was locked in but it still came out. Now it's useless as I can't find replacement part. Worked great then broke...

Hard to get Right
I've been trying to use this, and maybe I'm just not coordinated, but it only works well about 75% of the time. Now, I may be doing it wrong, because when it works, it's wonderful. The tape holds the plant stem gently, no bruising, and it's sturdy. I attached dahlias to their bamboo support canes, and most of them came out all right.

Fantastic for vines
I bought this to help my top heavy plants in the garden. It's fantastic! I have been able to stake thin vines of clematis and support the stems of my shrimp plant. This baby can wrap around the stems and bamboo support easily. Now I have more time to supervise my husband's honey-do list!

Very misleading marketing
You have to manually feed the tape to make this work. Easier to use a twisty tie.
