I've been suffering from neck pain for almost 2 years as regular pillows just weren't cutting it for me anymore. It got so bad that my constantly-stiff neck muscles were affecting my trapezius muscle was causing pain into my shoulders and back... which lead to constant tension headaches and occasional spasms that required medical intervention. Went to physical therapy and a good neck pillow was suggested. I was extremely skeptical, but after just one night with this pillow I slept a full 8 hours and didn't wake up with a sore neck!Helps that it has a cooling effect too - perimenopause-friendly.

After months of searching and multiple purchases trying to find a solution to my sore neck and shoulders every morning, someone recommended this pillow.I’ll admit, I looked at the picture and wondered, but at that point I was desperate relief and a good night’s sleep.They’re 100% honest in the description, it takes a few days to get used to but after that, IT’S PERFECT!!My pain went away, I sleep so comfortably now and I couldn’t be happier with this pillow. I used to think only two pillows could do, but just one of these gives me a great nights sleep every night.Soft but not too soft, retains its shape, very breathable and great whether you’re a side or back sleeper. I can’t recommend this one enough.

So far so good!!! My husband loves it and has been able to sleep on his side and has not complained of neck pain. It has even curved his snoring when he sleeps on his back. I found that I’ve gotten more and uninterrupted, deeper sleep. I don’t have to constantly toss and turn in order to find a comfortable spot. I’m very happy!!!

Very skeptical at first. I have been experiencing low back and bilateral hip pain for a few months now. I am a side sleeper and like to prop up my leg. Initially I thought it was my mattress, but I decided to buy this pillow. Game changer. First night was off cause it forces you to sleep on your back. You can sleep on your side, but for me it didn't feel as comfortable. I woke up the next day with no pain. I have had it for a week and wanted to wait to post this review. I have been waking up pain free every day since I purchased it. Highly recommend!

The pillow is too low down on the bed for me. It needs to be a bit thicker with the foam. I had to use foam out of 2 decorative pillows just to raise it higher. And then I used a standard pillow case and placed it all inside. Don’t buy those pillow cases offered on Amazon especially for these pillows. A standard pillow case works just fine. Now I have the height I need and like when sleeping. The pillow does work! No neck, no back, no shoulder pain in the morning. I bought it on a limited sale offer. And yes, when you take it out of the box and open the vacuum seal, it does have an odor. I just let it air out for 2 days and the pillow case helps. You might want to double up and use 2 pillow cases for the smell and to keep it clean. I know it’s going to be tough taking out the foam of the actual pillow to wash its cover and get the foam back in. It’s a toss up on buying it. Remember if you like thicker pillows be prepared to take/buy something to put underneath the pillow inside the pillow case.

This pillow was recommended to me by a friend who is a nurse. She told me she's had great success with it. I was skeptical because I've tried many different pillows in the last 10 years since my neck surgery, and this is the first pillow that helps keep my neck in place while I sleep. I don't wake up in pain any more which is a huge miracle! The instructions say that it can take 3-5 days to get used to it, and they're right. The first two nights were a bit uncomfortable so I slept on my old pillow the next two nights. Then I realized my neck was doing worse....so I gave it a try for three more nights and never looked back! It's so comfortable now and I can't sleep on anything else. Sent this as a gift to my sister who has also had neck surgeries and chronic pain and she can't believe the difference.

It took me a week to adjust to the pillow, I immediately slept so much better however had neck pain during the day. But I refused to give up and a week later I feel great! No neck pain and I’m sleeping great, I wake in the same position I went to sleep in. It is hard to get used to not using a standard pillow case, but the cover is super comfortable.

This is the best of three pillows I have purchased for shoulder relief! I am relieved to find one adjustable and not too hard or soft. The only downside is the high price.
