Terrible experience, machine it's honestly junk, beware that if you buy this you will regret it, I did and I'm out close to $4000 of my hard earned money, vevor and coshar do not care once they have your money. I bought this and it worked fine 3 times then it broke 70 emails later they sent me a beat up part that I had to pay someone to repair in order to be able to install, even after replacing that part it still has issues, I wish I never spent my money that cost me sweat tests and blood, totally unsatisfied, totally disappointed, avoid at all cost.

It worked fine for a few months. Probably used it on 15-20 vehicles. Then it stopped. Contacted Vevor and got the run around. Then they promised to send my concern to technical support. Nothing… I’m buying a Robinair, like I should have from the start. I knew better. My own fault. I was trying not to buy two machines.

Nice piece of equipment. Easy to use. Nice touchscreen feature. Have not used the 1234yf side of it yet but seems to be a great machine at a great price. Love the oil injection feature also. Have not had to get any filters or parts for it yet but seller assured me that they were available if needed. Overall very pleased with this purchase.

Since new we have had issues with the scale and oil injection customer support gives you nothing but run around and you can forget trying to return it once they have your 4000$ your screwed !!

The machine appears to be feature rich and has great capabilities, but because customer service is poor and the machine came with an incorrectly threaded fitting to be able to transfer 1234yf refrigerant into it, I have to wait for the correct fitting from another source. Customer service is asking for a video and pictures of how the fitting packaged with the machine doesn't thread onto a very expensive 10 pound cylinder of 1234yf instead of taking me at my word. I post again about the function of the machine once I can actually use it and not have to play the let's make videos and take pictures of something as basic as a $10.00 fitting. Obviously the understanding of something so basic is beyond customer service.

The media could not be loaded. This machine has been nothing but a problem since we got it. Originally couldn't get the scale to calibrate. Finally got that handled then the compressor won't engage correctly to recharge a vehicle. Even when getting the "slowly charging, please start vehicle" and starting the vehicle it still won't recharge. Company offers a 12 month warranty and a 30 day "no hassle" refund when you purchase from their website (which we did) yet after emails back and forth with no solution they offered us a 20% refund then a 30% refund for a product that does not work. Currently in a dispute with PayPal because I wasn't informed that I was paying over $3,000 for a mediocre machine that doesn't even perform the actions it's supposed to.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away. I've got 80 emails back-and-forth with customer service. They keep sending me these wires, nothing fixes the problem. The last wires they sent me aren't even for the machine, and it takes a week and a half to get parts, big waiting game. They will not take the Machine back. I have not been able to use the machine, it's been three months now. You're better off to take your money and light it on fire. At you get to watch It burn.
