my wife wanted a palm tree after visiting florida. we live in the Northeast part of the country, so a live palm is out of the question. I purchased this for her birthday, put it together (takes 30 seconds, seriously) and plugged it in our dining room. I walked her into the dining room with her eyes closed. she opened her eyes and thought it is the coolest thing. we might put it out in the yard or leave it on our covered porch, I was nervous buying it, thinking it might be cheezy, but it is actually pretty cool

Very cute and easy to assemble but I worry they are too light and wind may blow them down

It's much smaller than expected. The leaves' stems are not that strong and won't stay how I want to shape them. Lighting is excellent. Putting it together was easy.

I’d liked the ease of putting it together and the lights. It also came with stakes to put down if you used it in the yard. I thought that the top portion looked very small and did not really resemble a palm tree. I have had two of the metal versions these trees before and liked them much better.

My son bought these for his lady friend for her birthday. She loved them especially the coconuts that made it look more like a real tree.
