I finally saved enough to purchase this item and I wish I would have saved sooner. I used it after I charged the battery and was amazed at how easy it was to put together. It reached up the tree and cut the branch within seconds. I didn't have to struggle to cut the branch. Now I can't wait to use the hedge trimmer.

HEAVY !!! solid, well made etc but wow!!! its heavy!! easy assembly. Had better chain saws but its a short blade so cut quality isnt great

I love this saw. I have had this product for about 2 years. I love it. I used it last summer to cut a few branches that were over my parents garage. The battery charges quickly, unfortunately the charge doesn't last too long. However, yesterday (14 April) I was able to cut five small trees that were in my backyard with minimal effort. The saw is truly one of my better purchases.

Very cheap and stopped working after 3 uses. I'm a 5'2" woman and I purchased it for my own use. Only used for thin branches and it still stopped working

I had about 10 limbs around the yard I wanted to trim back. This saw was able to cut all the limbs on a single charge.I'm not sure how anyone could call this heavy. It is made of plastic and even the poles are plastic and lightweight, though strong. There was no flex at all in the poles at full length.It is a 20v saw, so I did not expect it to be super powerful and quick cutting. I just rested the saw on the limb while cutting, and it took about 10-15 seconds to cut through a 3-4 inch limb. This is plenty fast enough for me.The blade was very sharp, as I could tell when putting it on the saw, and it cut well. The slower cutting is from the 20v motor, not a dull blade.I'm probably going to use this once or twice a year, so this is perfect as I really do not need anything more expensive or more powerful than this saw.

Just ok, don't expect much.Hedge trimmer jammed on a 3/8 inch maple sapling the first time I used it. Ok for small stuff, but you won't be cutting anything 1/2 inch thick with the trimmer. The blades just stop and you have to try to get the trimmer off of the thing you were trying to cut. Haven't tried the pole saw yet. Not expecting much there either. You get what you pay for!
