This thing runs like crap. Wouldn’t buy or recommend again. Only thing it’s got going for it is it still charges. Too late to return it since I didn’t need it before now.

Stay away from Genmax. I am out $623.43 because of them.When I received the generator, I took it out of box and tested it on propane, but didn’t check gas. I put it back in box until my dad needed it. It runs on propane, but won’t crank on gas. So the company asked me to repair it myself and they sent a new carb and of course it was wrong. (See pic)So I ask that it get sent to shop to get correct carb installed or to replace unit…. They tell me if anything is found in carb I would be responsible for all repairs. This unit has never had gas in it until this week. I’m pass my return window dealing with all of this and company has been less than helpful.Save yourself some headache and go with a WEN generator or some other brand.Hope this saves someone some headache!Update: It has been over 2 months now and still no resolve from Genmax Support. They have sent me the wrong carb twice and I still don’t have a working generator in the start of hurricane season. Every product can have issues, but the support is essential. Good luck to you if you purchase a GenMax.7/1/2024 UpdateGemma’s support is TERRIBLE!Over 6 months now and in Hurricane Season and still don’t have a working generator.Save yourself a lot of trouble and stay away from Genmax. I had to order a WEN so I actually have a good generator. AVOID!
