Easy to setup, just slide the blades in until click. To remove, there's like a sim card pin and you can find the hole in the top side of the base. You get a micro sd card with pack images but you can store your own. Make sure to attach this thing to a wall or something really sturdy, the blades rotate like a fan but way stronger so the image can process. Keep it away from prying eyes to avoid issues. Trying to get my brand logo to fully display. Comes with its plug, and may need an extension but otherwise this looks too cool!

Shortly after I wrote below, it stopped working because the microchips were coming off the back and it no longer worked! POS!In order to use this hologram fan, you first need a safety lesson. It begins spinning immediately after plugging in. Secondly, you need a lesson in Chinese. When you download the app the default language is Chinese and will not revert to English until you sign in online and set the language. Third, forget about doing ANYTHING else with your phone while using this product. In order to upload a video to it, you need to turn off the wi-fi on your phone so that the fan will connect. Why? I have NEVER see a product require a dedicated connection to wi-fi through our phone. Furthermore, why not use Bluetooth? But wait, before you can even upload a video to the fan, you need to get the video on your phone. Using your computer to upload videos is not possible. After you go to that trouble, you have to upload the video to the fan using the app because it is not really compatible with multiple file formats. It actually ONLY reads videos with the .bin format. That is standard binary. In my case I do not have an app to convert directly to .bin formats then copy to the micro SD card immediately and enjoy the device. Why even have an SD card that can be removed if you can not load the SD card on another device? Also, when trying to convert files the app crashes A LOT! All of this causes you to sit and wait for many files to upload to your phone, or convert one, then turn on the wi-fi to get another to convert then have it crash. Also, many videos do not display an icon with the video preview and the app re-arranges icons so you have to search every time you want to upload a new video. This product needs to be withdrawn from sale and completed! It is a completely unfinished product! The ONLY reason I did not return it is because my husband tossed the box. I must say, the holographic effect is great once you get it running.

The media could not be loaded. It was a bit frustrating dealing with the software especially considering it's in Chinese but once my common sense kicked in and i got rolling with my own projections this baby really started to shineCan't wait to set it up as a backdrop for some figures I've been collecting

The learning curve is rather steep. I would recommend a good how to manual including the software that comes with the fan. Trying This and that and see what changes is no way to operate. However the support folks promptly e-mail answers to my questions. I will probably upgrade to a better more expensive multi blade from the same folks.Really a lot of fun once you understand how the software works.Cheers

Cannot program it to change images

I ordered this product and was rather excited to set it up. After receipt and assembly of the device, I plugged it in, and the fan blades started spinning. Per the instructions, you must connect to the device's Wi-Fi, but this never happened. I made several attempts. I made several attempts, and after the 5-6th try, it finally came on, and I could operate the device for 5 minutes. I tried to upload a new video by connecting the memory card to my laptop, and after I returned to the display device, it NEVER worked. 20+ attempts—I gave up. I contacted the help desk, and they insisted I send a video proving that the device was not working. It's a pretty straightforward process, just very shoddy workmanship.

The first one went bad and I reached out to the Seller. They replaced it right away.
