Great quality. I used these to form a large door mat outside our front door. We live in a rural area so they take on a lot of dirt, mud and weather. They have held up and still look new after a year of rain, snow, wind and dirt not to mention the in and out of dogs and teenagers. I’m so pleased I went with this instead of a large rubber mat. As they set off the surface a bit water can drain through and not just be held there as with traditional mats.

Upfront, my overall review is that these tiles are a significant improvement over the floor of the balcony and make the space warmer and more inviting. I’ll probably end up buying more to complete the space. They easily allow water and other debris to drain, and keep the tiles’ surface cleaner and dry faster after rain. They’re also easier to sweep clean and use a power hose to spray dirt off without pooling in any particular area the way my imperfect balcony floor does after inclement weather.Although these tiles were easy to install and look great on my balcony once in place, after one year, the elements significantly altered the color. After the second year, they look even more worn. The planks most exposed to sun are bleached and look split and have rot, while the rest of the planks retained some of the reddish hue. Some cracked under the weight of chairs. My only regret is that I didn’t buy enough from the jump to cover more of the outdoor area. Additionally, some planks in select tiles became slightly warped and when I attempted to clean and reattach them, I needed to apply much more pressure to snap the pegs in place. My only real criticism is that they are NOT easy to trim to fit better in areas where a tile may be too wide by one or two planks. As a result, I have a few of the tiles with a single blank that extends beyond the edge of the balcony and a gap on the opposite side where the extra plank could fit. Not a deal breaker, but worth noting for people trying to cover a strict surface area. Perhaps I need to use a stronger tool to cut them, but I’m worried that could damage or crack the rest of the plastic base and compromise the stability the currently provide.

Works as described…repeat buyer

I looked at A LOT of these types of squares for my small, concrete patio -- I want it to be a little softer and more inviting -- and these squares are perfect. Very easy to deploy, I appreciate the plastic underside (and I hate plastic) to help keep the wood off the pavement so it doesn't soak in water. And they look lovely! I bought 8 more already and will buy 8 more in the future to complete the project.

Good look and easy of install but…. The quality seems questionable as several pieces already arrived broken in pieces and the plastic base seems to easily break off. Also it is not easy to cut edges and corners as the tiles may not interlock after cutting and the material breaks down when you try to cut with a circular saw. I’m yet to see how it hold the test of time

Install was a breeze

I applied the wood on June 2024 and now we are in February 2025 and that’s the result! The wood completely changed color after barely 8 months! A big waste of money so safe yours!
