Love this machine. It doesn't keep the ice cold once it's made, but what did you expect for the price. Just empty it often.

Best Ice Maker I've found! It can make small or large ice, is self-cleaning and is small enough to fit on the counter without taking up much space.

After giving this portable ice maker a test run, I ended up returning it within hours. It definitely delivers on its primary function—making good ice quickly—but the noise level was just too much for my upstairs location. Size was another surprise; it took up more counter space than I anticipated. This would be a perfect addition to a kitchen, outdoor entertainment area, or RV where the sound wouldn't be as noticeable and space isn't at such a premium.While it's marketed as "portable," I'd call it more "relocatable"—it works great for vacation homes or RVs, but it's not something you'd want to move around frequently. I purchased this icemaker last August along with the Asurion 2-year protection plan.The unit worked perfectly for a while and subsequently stopped producing ice.The “add water” light remains on although the unit is completely full.I contacted product support at Amazon and was advised to clean the unit, rinse it then try to run it again.This I did twice with no improvement.I contacted Asurion since I have a warranty and was told to contact the manufacturer instead.After a number of emails back-and-forth from the manufacturer, I’ve still received no acceptable response nor remedy to the problem.Each has referred me back to the other, so the runaround continues. Won’t give up.BUYER BEWARE!!!🤨🤨🤨4/30/25 UPDATEAmazon intervened finally and my money was refunded.

So in love with this ice machine

This ice machine has been working great! I am impressed with how quiet it works, and with how quick it fills up the bin with ice nuggets. It really is much quieter than I expected. After reading other reviews, I was skeptical, but my experience has been positive. It’s been quite quiet. And very quick to produce ice. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase. My only negative issue is that the ice buildup as you can see in the photo may require you to move the ice around in the catch bin so it doesn’t back up. It tends to back up in the middle if you’re not on top of it. I understand the mechanics of it, due the the opening being in the middle. I wish the ice nuggets would spread out on their own, but overall, I like this ice machine.
